To make sure concerns are handled efficiently and in a sensitive manner we have official policies and procedures in place to assist with the handling of such. This is available on our School Website (here).

In the first instance if you have a concern or a worry, please speak directly to your child’s class teacher. Teachers are available after school or you can make an appointment through the school office (you can contact the office through the schools website).


If you have had a complaint and you feel that this was not addressed in a
satisfactory way, please read the complaints policy and see the procedure for escalation.
